Everwell Health is a business-to-business (“B2B”) supplier of specialty ingredients marketed under brands including, but not limited to, Celadrin®, Chromax®, DeltaGold®, EverZen™, GGGold®, Lustriva®, MyoVera™, Nitrosigine®, nooLVL®, and Zinmax®. We do not operate an e-commerce store, and the Site does not allow visitors to create accounts or purchase products directly from Us. By using the Site, You agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.Definitions

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, and displays a cookie consent banner to visitors. We obtain consent before any advertising cookies are activated. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information; Targeted Advertising
The Site includes embedded YouTube videos. YouTube (Google LLC) places cookies in connection with these embeds to support video playback and analytics functionality. Depending on Google’s use of this data, this activity may constitute “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have configured these embeds using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, which limits tracking cookie placement to instances where a visitor actively plays a video.Data Retention
Everwell Health does not currently apply a fixed retention schedule to personal information collected through the Site. Information submitted to Us is generally retained in Our CRM systems (HubSpot and Salesforce) for as long as reasonably necessary for Our B2B marketing, communications, and sales purposes, or until You request that it be deleted. If You request deletion, We will delete the applicable information from Our CRM systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.Data Security

Everwell Health is based in the United States, and Our Site and the systems that support it are operated from the United States. Everwell Health markets and sells its products to business customers primarily in the United States and Canada and Our paid advertising through the Site is targeted to U.S. and Canadian audiences. The Site does not offer products or services for purchase to EU audiences. Everwell Health does have authorized distributors who market and sell Our products in other countries, including in the EU. The distributors maintain their own customer relationships and data but they may transmit certain information to us for purposes of order fulfillment and other legitimate business reasons. In addition, from time to time, We may collect contact information from individuals in the EU through means other than the Site, including trade shows.
